At this point, Requiem for the Capital Wasteland is outdated anyway, as many improvements have been made in the latest version of Tale of Two Wastelands. Here is my load order : GameModeFalloutNV. My video card is a GTX 1050ti and I am running an Intel i7 7700 with 16GB of RAM. You can't download Requiem for the Capital Wasteland here (nor anywhere else really), and you won't find any discussion of it here.
